THEME: CREATE A NEW STORY:
We have danced the dualities, explored the mysteries of love, mapped the pathways toward unity consciousness and surrendered to the freedom of love. So now we begin!
How do you create a new story? Well, we sink into the stream of our own living matter, into the breath that first awoke within us, and remember how we were formed. Then we dance with the beauty and the wonder of our uninhibited life force. It is from there that we create, not just one new story but many fresh, vital stories that truely reflect our soul's path for this lifetime.

  ~ Invitation

We will use symbols and the magic of sandplay to let go of old stories and rearrange our inner relationships and call in new access to our creativity. Breathwork provides the safest, deepest and most caring space for you to go into your original creation patterns and make new choices from the essence of who you are now. The two ceremonies may be with or without more sandplay.

For full description read Intensive Group Retreats.

MENTORING: For those wanting to go deeper into their understanding of the work, there will be three optional mentoring sessions for $200/session and you will need to let Allie know you intend to attend.

NOTE: If you wish to join the mentoring sessions remotely through Zoom, we can arrange that.

If you decide to stay on for mentoring and/or the foray, the additional cost of accommodations and food will be $150/person/night. All departures need to be by 8am on Monday 10/16 at the very latest.

Click here for full description of the mentoring process.

OPTIONAL MUSHROOM FORAY:
For those of you who are up for some serious fun, we are organizing a wild mushroom foray after our intensive retreat. It will be somewhat dependent upon weather and availability of a local mycologist. We may join an existing foray with local mushroom geeks or just off into the local or coastal forests to seek out and enjoy the wild fungi of Oregon. Details will be made available very soon.

LOCATION:
My home in Portland has a pervading sense of tranquility and harmony. It is set amidst the luscious, cool temperate rainforest right next to 5,000 acres of Forest Park Conservancy. Just across the road, you can join the Wildwood Trail, one of 70 miles of trails within the Park. It is well worth directly experiencing the regenerative qualities of this enchanting forest.

  ~ Home

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The house has room for 12 people - 2 queen beds in private rooms, a bunkroom with 2 double queen-sized bunk beds and sleeping spaces upstairs in the session area. There are 3 shared bathrooms and a big hot tub.
For those needing more quiet or privacy there are additional accommodations in a nearby AirB&B house (Details upon booking).

  ~ Guest room

TRANSPORTATION:
We are 35 minutes from the Portland airport. Let us know if you want to share transfers or need a ride. My local coordinator and favorite cab driver know exactly where I live. There are very few direct flights from NYC and BOS to PDX so, if that is relevant for you, take that into consideration as you make your plans. Arrive anytime after 6pm on the first day and depart by 11am on the final day. If you get significantly delayed by weather after the retreat, we will help you find alternative accommodations.

   ~ Bunk room

FOOD:
All meals will be lovingly catered using local seasonal organic produce. The menu is designed to supplement and compliment the experience. If you have any allergies or special dietary needs, please advise upon booking. Please skip the garlic before you arrive and BYO supplements and personal food requirements.
  ~ Greenwoman

WHAT TO BRING:
Read the session care page again before you come. Pack light, include a warm wind/rain jacket, bring light walking shoes, comfortable layered clothing and your usual supplies for sessions, including a journal. Bring your camera or phone for sandplay and large art paper and drawing materials for mandalas. Everything will be provided to make your nest. In consideration of other people, please use unscented toiletries (especially hair products) and avoid all perfumes. Bring only the recommended sleep aides and ear plugs, flashlight but NO BURNABLE CANDLES.

~ Hot tub

IMPORTANT: The retreat is designed to awaken and open your senses to others and the environment. It is strongly suggested you refrain from smoking, drinking alcohol and taking any altering substances or prescription sleep medications during the retreat.

RESERVATIONS:
Price includes 5 nights accommodation, all meals, ceremonies and integration; excludes transport and any additional accommodation costs. Cost of mushroom foray to be determined.
